Tricia Hogan, executive vice president and senior risk and compliance officer at Union Bank, has received the 2025 Outstanding Community Service Award from the Vermont Bankers Association, recognizing her outstanding leadership, integrity and impact in the field of banking.
With a career that has spanned 33 years at Union Bank, Hogan has played a pivotal role in shaping a culture of accountability, transparency and collaboration. Her leadership has helped Union Bank maintain its outstanding Community Reinvestment Act rating from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and uphold its reputation as one of the region’s most trusted community banks.
