Livestream 6:30 pm available HERE

Vermont Business Magazine On Monday, September 29 at 6:30PM EST, Senators Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) and Peter Welch (D-Vermont) will lead their colleagues on the Senate Floor calling on Republicans to protect Americans’ health care and keep the government open. The Senators will highlight the need to reverse Republicans’ deep cuts to Medicaid and rural hospitals through their Big Ugly Bill and stop Republicans from taking away health care tax breaks that help 22 million Americans afford their Affordable Care Act (ACA) coverage. If Republicans refuse to extend these tax credits for families, 20 million Americans with ACA coverage will see their premiums skyrocket by 75% on average and four million Americans will be kicked off their health care.
