Subject: Notice of the 2025 Annual Meeting and Report of Nominations to the Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 year
Nominees to be elected at the Annual Meeting, Awards Dinner and Hall of Fame Induction on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Middlebury Town Hall Theatre (5pm-8pm).
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Addison County Chamber of Commerce, we are pleased to submit to you the report of the Nominating Committee:
The following are nominated to serve as Chamber Directors:
To serve a one (1) year term – Expiring Annual Meeting 2026
Tessa Dearborn, Red Clover Pre-School
Amy Coogler, Marble Trail Financial
Heather-Foster Provencher, Champlain Valley Properties
Sean Dye, BHHS, Vermont Realty Group
To serve a three (3) year term – Expiring Annual Meeting 2028
Elizabeth Ryks, National Bank of Middlebury
Other Directors are serving the Chamber and not up for re-election currently:

According to Article IV, Section D of the Bylaws, the following organizations will designate representatives who shall serve for a one (1) year term. The organizations and their designees are:
- Addison County Economic Development Corporation: Renny Perry
- Better Middlebury Partnership: Kathryn Torres, Co-Executive Director, Better Middlebury Partnership.
- Vergennes Partnership: Renny Perry, Board Member, Vergennes Partnership
- Bristol Core: Courtney Radford, Executive Director, Bristol Core
Notice: According to Article VI, Section B, 3, c, of the Bylaws, additional nominations may be made by petition bearing the signatures of 10 or more qualified members. The Executive Director, Phil Summers, must receive such petitions by 5pm October 8, 2025.
