Jeff Teplitz, former regional retail lending specialist at Community Bank, has joined Union Bank's residential lending team as senior mortgage officer. He will be working from the bank’s Stowe location at 47 Park St.
Teplitz has more than 20 years' experience in the mortgage and lending industry. His career has spanned both retail and portfolio lending, with a strong focus on customer service, regulatory compliance and community engagement.

Teplitz is actively involved in the industry and community, serving on the board of governors of the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association and as a member of the Vermont Association of Realtors, the Northern Vermont Board of Realtors and the Lamoille Board of Realtors.
