September 1, Leahy Institute Applications Due - The University of Vermont Leahy Institute funds partnerships that unite university and community resources to target challenges throughout Vermont. These one-year grants, designed to kickstart collaborations that will continue beyond the grant period, range from Capacity Grants of $20,000 to Partnership Grants of up to $250,000. Green Mountain Job & Retention Program Reopens - Are you a student who received a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Vermont institution between July 2024 and June 2025? Are you planning to remain in Vermont and work full-time for a Vermont-based company for at least two years? If so, you could receive up to $5,000 from the Green Mountain Job and Retention Program (GMJRP) to help pay off your student loans. Recipients will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis for as long as funding is available. Learn more.
