Norwich Technologies announces four new staff members

Rachael Chicoine

Norwich Technologies, a leading clean technology company in the Northeast, has announced the hiring of Jennifer Walker, Rachael Chicoine (pictured), Paul Laferriere and Chase Von Tersch.

Walker joined NT's Norwich Solar team in April as a business analyst to help manage finances at the project level. A graduate of the University of Vermont, she previously served as national sales manager for renewals at AlsoEnergy in Boulder, Colorado.

Chicoine was hired in May as solar development project manager at Norwich Technologies' Breakaway Renewables division. A microbiology and molecular genetics graduate of the University of Vermont, she previously worked as project manager at Nomad Transportable Power Systems in Waterbury.

Laferriere joined NT's RunTime Solar team in May as lead electrician. He has worked in energy and renewables for more than 20 years, most recently as business owner of Mega Electric in Brooklyn, New York.

Von Tersch was hired as EPC project manager on the Norwich Solar team, based out of the company's Brunswick, Maine, office. His career spans several high-impact industries, including heavy civil construction, railroad, and underwater welding and salvage, but he has found his passion in the renewable energy sector, where he has held roles as a superintendent, construction manager and project manager.
