VEIC, the Winooski-based clean energy nonprofit, has announced the promotion of Vice President of Enterprise Services Matt Dooley to chief operating officer. The appointment was effective May 19.
Since joining VEIC in 2003, Dooley has dedicated his career to fostering strong partnerships and a culture of growth that has played an invaluable role in helping the organization deliver on its mission to generate the energy solutions the world needs. Through his leadership roles in engineering, consulting and enterprise services, he has shown a proven ability to turn strategic decision making into tangible benefits for communities nationwide.
“Matt has been a valuable leader at VEIC for over 20 years, and we could not be prouder of the progress and results he’s delivered,” CEO Rebecca Foster said. “We’re excited to continue growing our impact and advancing the future of clean energy together.”
