Matthew Plasse, former senior vice president and group manager for commercial banking at M&T Bank, has been named regional president of the New England market at Community Bank. In his new position, Plasse will lead business development and community engagement activities while fostering strong alignment across the bank’s various lines of business in the region.
Plasse serves on the board of directors at the Vermont Community Loan Fund and is a member of the organization’s business loan committee. He is a finance graduate of Wake Forest University/
