Leslie Black-Plumeau, research and community relations director at the Vermont Housing Finance Agency, has joined the board of directors of the Public Assets Institute, Vermont’s independent research organization on state budget, tax and economic issues.
Black-Plumeau has 25 years of professional experience in program evaluation and public policy research in the areas of housing, human services and community development. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and holds a master's degree in public policy from the University at Albany.
“Leslie is an excellent addition to the board,” said board chair Steve Gold. “She brings decades of experience using data, analysis and policy to expand opportunities for affordable housing to Vermonters.”
