Gravel & Shea has hired Eleanor Moody as an associate attorney in its corporate and business department, where she focuses on business formation, contract drafting and review, and mergers and acquisitions for new and existing clients.

Moody brings experience working in the Office of the Vermont Attorney General, where she assisted in the Civil Rights Unit, and as a research assistant at Ridley & Associates. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and earned a law degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law & Graduate School.

“Eleanor’s well-rounded background in various disciplines, paired with her attention to detail, are great contributions to the firm,” said shareholder Catherine A. Burke. “We are fortunate to have her join our corporate and business team and look forward to the high level of service she will provide clients.”
