Kittell Branagan & Sargent has announced the promotion of certified public accountant William “Bill” Keyser to shareholder at the St. Albans-based accounting and advisory services firm.
Keyser, who joined KBS in 2007, brings to his new position extensive expertise in tax, audit and consulting, with a focus on supporting businesses in the construction, electric utilities, nursing homes and municipal sectors. He also possesses specialized knowledge in preparing Medicaid and Medicare cost reports.
Keyser is an accounting and business graduate of Saint Michael’s College. He earned his CPA designation in 2011.
