Primmer Piper welcomes three attorneys, elects new shareholders

The New England-based law firm Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer has announced the hiring of attorneys Debra L. Mayotte, Holly A. Kramer and Melissa M. Vale, and the election of Nicholas J. Deleault, Peter I. Dysart and Christina A. Jensen as shareholders.

Mayotte joined the firm’s insurance law, coverage, defense and litigation team, based in Manchester, New Hampshire. With a primary practice in insurance defense, she represents individuals, small business owners and corporations.

Kramer joined Primmer’s Washington, D.C., office as of counsel. With more than 20 years’ experience, her practice focuses on insurance coverage counseling, claims handling and litigation on behalf of professional liability insurance company clients.

Vale brings over two decades of experience in insurance law and litigation to Primmer's office in Washington, D.C. Her focus is on insurance coverage counseling, claims handling and litigation on behalf of professional liability insurance company clients.

Deleault joined the firm’s insurance and litigation practice in Manchester, New Hampshire, in 2023. He  is former vice chair for the insurance section of the New Hampshire Bar Association and has volunteered as a youth soccer coach for the town of Chester, New Hampshire.

Dysart joined Primmer as an associate attorney in the in the firm's Burlington office in 2022. He practices captive insurance law and alternative risk transfer as well as corporate law and serves on the board of directors of the Burlington Business Association.

Jensen joined the firm’s community association and corporate law practice in Burlington in 2023. She serves on the legal committee of the United States Eventing Association and as chair of the Vermont Legislative Action Committee at the New England chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
