The Burlington Business Association, a nonprofit organization that advocates for the business community in the city of Burlington, has hired Sam Donnelly as deputy director and appointed Heidi Stumpff to its board of directors.

Donnelly joins the BBA from Let's Grow Kids, where he served as government relations manager. In his new role, he is charged with strengthening member relations, developing strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration among Burlington's business community and local and state government.

"We are thrilled to welcome Sam to the BBA," said Executive Director Kelly Devine. "His extensive experience in public affairs and deep-rooted connection to Burlington will be instrumental in advancing our mission to enhance the city's economic vitality."

Stumpff brings to the BBA board nearly 25 years of leadership experience in commercial banking and real estate. She currently serves as regional president of M&T Bank in Vermont and is an active contributor to her community.

“We are excited to welcome Heidi to our board of directors,” Devine said. “Her extensive background in banking, coupled with her commitment to community service, will be invaluable as we continue to advance Burlington’s economic vitality.”
