Myti expands leadership team to accelerate growth

Myti, the e-commerce platform connecting consumers with local, emerging brands, has announced several key leadership appointments to drive its next phase of growth. The Burlington-based company's leadership expansion includes the following internal promotions:

  • Ryan Ouellette, from senior engineer to chief technology officer. He will oversee product and technology development to advance Myti’s innovative, community-driven marketplace and brand solutions.
  • Nathan Richardson (pictured), from lead product manager to chief strategy officer. He will lead Myti’s long-term strategy and investor relations, focusing on establishing partnerships, securing funds and overseeing strategic communications.
  • Ali Schueler, from director of sales to chief revenue officer. She will direct Myti’s revenue strategy, drive brand acquisition, and optimize sales operations.

Additionally, Jenna Stewart, former executive assistant at Adam Hergenrother Cos., has joined the company as chief of staff. In this role, she will work closely with the executive team to drive organizational alignment and support Myti’s continued growth, leveraging her expertise in operations and communications.

To complement these executive appointments, Myti is strengthening its leadership pipeline with the following director-level hires:

  • Brynn Bateman, former technical product manager at AltSource Inc. in Seattle, named director of product.
  • Paul Hubbard, former senior manager of brand marketing and creative at MegaFood, named director of growth marketing.
  • Courtney Mussella, former director of client success at NuHarbor Security in Colchester, named director of account management.
  • Jeffrey Peterson, former senior account executive at Newton Street, named director of public affairs.
