Traffic using the I-89 North Exit 3 off ramp will use the ramp crossover north of the bridges to the newly constructed I-89 North Exit 3 off ramp. The speed limit is reduced to 55 mph in the work zones on northbound and southbound I-89, and to 25 mph on the Exit 3 off ramp. The speed limit has been reduced to 30 mph with a 14’ height restriction under the bridges on VT 107.
