Vermont Business Magazine The Vermont Agency of Transportation (AOT) State Highway Safety Office (SHSO) held the annual Highway Safety Awards ceremony at the Vermont State House today. These awards are presented to highway safety professionals around the state for their exceptional work and commitment to keeping Vermont’s roadways safe for all users.
“Safety is always our top priority in all that we do, and today we recognize the outstanding contributions that these Vermonters have made toward reducing fatalities and crashes on our roads,” said Transportation Secretary Joe Flynn. “We wish to thank these award winners who we are celebrating today – and also every Vermont highway safety professional who works in enforcement, education, engineering, and emergency medical services for their life-saving work.”
