She is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where she majored in community and international development.
“I am thrilled to take on this role during such a pivotal time for the foundation,” King said. “I am proud to work alongside a board of dedicated individuals who have a shared passion for expanding access to justice for our most vulnerable neighbors.”
Badgewick is a partner at Woodstock Law, a boutique litigation and general practice law firm in Woodstock. “I am honored and humbled to be the incoming (board) president at such a pivotal time for the Vermont Bar Foundation,” Badgewick said. “The board is looking forward to the year ahead with renewed enthusiasm for all the amazing and necessary work of the VBF in providing avenues of access to justice for those Vermonters in need.”
