Mack Molding’s Northern operations announces key changes to senior staff

Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, has announced promotions within its Northern division for Dwalin DeBoer, Jon Whitney, Natasha Moses and Larry Hovish.

DeBoer has been promoted from business unit director to vice president of sales and engineering. He succeeds. With 29 years of plastics experience, including 24 at Mack, DeBoer brings a wealth of knowledge along with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Whitney, vice president of business development, has assumed expanded sales and marketing responsibilities. will continue leading the acquisition of new accounts while growing existing accounts for Mack’s Northern division and driving marketing initiatives.

“We are proud to recognize the achievements of Dwalin and Jon, whose leadership has been pivotal to Mack’s continued success,” said Mack North President Josh Pang. “With their expertise, we are well-prepared to drive future growth and enhance our service to customers.”

Moses has been elevated from senior program manager to business unit director for medical accounts. Her prior experience in product development and quality engineering at Memry Corp. and Nitinol Devices and Components complements her new role, officials said.

Rounding out the executive promotions, Hovish, former director of communications, has been appointed director of marketing and communications. In this new role, he will expand customer touch points and improve communications throughout the organization.
