Stephanie Rivas, former partner at Baystate Financial, has joined National Life Group as Northeast regional vice president for affiliated distribution, effective Oct. 1.
Rivas comes to National Life with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Baystate, She was managing partner of the Prudential Insurance Co. of America.

Rivas is a graduate of the University of Redlands in Redland, California, and holds a master's degree in sales management from The American College and an MBA from the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. She serves on the FINSECA Board of Directors, of which she will become president in 2026.
