Mary Rockwell Thon, former development director at Prevent Child Abuse Vermont, is now director of development at MENTOR Vermont.
Thon brings to her new position 20 years of nonprofit development and communication experience. She is a networker and relationship builder, connecting philanthropic individuals with organizations seeking to advance change.
“I’m grateful for those who have been mentors to me over the years, and their positive effect on my life,” Thon said. “I’m excited to fuel the work of MENTOR Vermont and be a part of helping all young people in Vermont to have those positive relationships in their lives.”
