Open Approach, a customer-focused managed service provider in Burlington, has promoted Andrew Krois to chief technology officer and chief security officer, and hired Jesse Metruk to succeed Krois in his former position of chief operating officer.
With extensive leadership and technology experience, Krois will now focus on driving the company’s technical direction and leading the development of a critical compliance and governance division.
Metruk joins Open Approach from National Business Technologies, where he served as vice president. In his new role, he will advance Open Approach’s mission of providing world-class support driven by local expertise to businesses in Vermont, New England and beyond.
