“Community Bank N.A. is a longtime supporter of Pathways Vermont because we believe strongly in the work they do in our community,” Commercial Banking Officer David Blow said. “We’re proud to support this year’s Community Table Dinner and encourage our fellow community members to get involved, as well.”
Pathways Vermont was founded in 2009 with funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to implement a Housing First program, the first of its kind in a rural setting. Since then, it’s expanded its services for Vermonters experiencing homelessness by launching its Supportive Services for Veteran Families program and creating community mental health initiatives, including the Pathways Vermont Support Line and the Pathways Vermont Community Center. Its mission is to transform the lives of Vermonters experiencing mental health and other life challenges by supporting self-directed roads to recovery and wellness in an atmosphere of dignity, respect, choice and hope.
"I am so grateful for the incredible generosity Community Bank N.A. showed by sponsoring our Fourth Annual Community Table Dinner,” Pathways Vermont Executive Director Hilary Melton. “It means the world to have their support in our mission to end homelessness in Vermont and provide innovative mental health alternatives."
