Chelsea Sweeney

Director of Business Development, Chelsea Sweeney was a key member of the Genesis Healthcare Centers team working closely with the University of Vermont Medical Center.

“After experiencing firsthand the challenges of trying to get transportation coordinated quickly and efficiently for our patients, I was interested in the prospect of a new service coming on the scene. After meeting with the Garnet leadership team I was very impressed with their depth of experience, knowledge, and passion. I have quickly realized that transportation is a key component to our healthcare system, from getting patients to preventative care appointments to transporting patients needing higher levels of care between acute care facilities.” said Chelsea

Garnet’s services; which include industry best patient care capabilities aboard their three custom Braun ambulances, each equipped with the latest biomedical and communications equipment, and a clinical logistics operations center in Essex Junction, VT; will begin operations on September 23, 2019.

Garnet, a Vermont-based company, provides high-quality clinical care and transport services to patients in need. Believing that medicine is the founding principal of emergency medical services, Garnet focuses on transport medicine rather than medical transport.
