Anne Reynolds, former human resources director at Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, has been appointed vice president of culture officer at Brattleboro Savings & Loan. She succeeds Michelle Hackett, who plans to retire at the end of August.
Prior to her tenure at Killington/Pico, Reynolds served as group director of human resources at Ocean House Management, where she provided strategic leadership in talent sourcing and employee engagement, and as director of human resources at Stratton Mountain Resort, where she successfully implemented HRIS platforms, strengthened community relationships and fostered an entrepreneurial employee culture.
“Since I started here at BS&L, I’ve been striving to foster the wonderful culture at the bank that so reflects the values of our communities,” said President and CEO Deb Stephenson. “Anne brings such a wealth of HR and organizational development work that will keep our momentum moving ever forward.”
Reynolds is an art history graduate of the University of Delaware.
