Dave Robison, former chief operating officer at Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries in Medford, Oregon, has been appointed vice president of retail at Goodwill Northern New England in Williston.
Robison brings to his new position a decade of experience in retail leadership and mission delivery. He has worked at three Goodwills, with escalating responsibility from store manager to COO.
He has a successful track record of managing high-volume stores, providing excellent customer service and strong management of warehousing and inventory controls. His strength in creating and bolstering a culture of internal and external advocacy of brand and mission as well as process design, evaluation and implementation will be key to the future of Goodwill Northern New England.
