Susan Teixeira, former senior vice president of risk management and policy at Berkshire Bank, has joined Brattleboro Savings & Loan as executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief risk officer.
“I’m so excited to have Susan join us,” said President and CEO Deb Stephenson. “Susan's 31-year banking career showcases her experience and understanding of bank operations and risk management, which are crucial for this unique role.”
In her previous position, Teixeira oversaw policy governance, risk reporting, vendor management, and data governance. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president of operations at Country Bank, where she transformed operational processes to enhance efficiencies and customer service.
Teixeira is a magna cum laude graduate of Western New England University and graduated with high honors from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
