Sarah Camille Wilson, former head of library operations at Champlain College, has been appointed executive director of the Old Spokes Home bicycle shop in Burlington, effective July 1. She will succeed outgoing Executive Director Jon Copans.
Wilson is well know to many in the Old Spokes community. She has been a regular in the shop for years and currently serves as vice president of the company's board of directors.
Wilson is a graduate of Maine College of Art and holds a Master of Fine Arts in ceramics from Syracuse University. She has taught ceramics at Burlington City Arts, the Community College of Vermont and the Shelburne Craft School.
