Richard Stovall, assistant vice president and information technology manager at Community National Bank, has been promoted to vice president and IT manager.
Stovall joined Community National as IT specialist in 2019. In 2020, he was promoted to network administrator, in 2022 he was elevated to information technology manager, and in 2023 he accepted the assistant vice president position.
Stovall is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and holds a diploma from the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.
