Tina Van Guilder, former grant coordinator for the Greater Rutland County Supervisory Union, has been named the new executive director of the United Way of Rutland County. In her new role, she will guide the organization through its current campaign year and lead initiatives for the upcoming year.
Van Guilder has more than seven years of direct nonprofit leadership experience in the Rutland County area and more than eight years of active involvement with the UWRC, where she has contributed significantly to committee work and fundraising activities.
"We are excited to welcome Tina as our new executive director," said Melissa Norman, president of the United Way of Rutland County Board of Directors. "Her deep roots in our community, combined with her proven track record of leadership and dedication to the UWRC's mission, make her the ideal candidate to lead our organization into its next chapter."
