Passumpsic Bank’s Roena Whitehill to retire at end of May

Roena Whitehill, executive vice president and head of lending at Passumpsic Bank, has announced her intention to retire from the bank on May 31 after more than 21 years of service.

Whitehill, who joined Passumpsic in 2003 as a commercial loan administrator, has been a key member of the bank's leadership team, overseeing a number of successful strategic initiatives. She and her team have evolved all the components of the lending operation and service to compete in this sophisticated era and beyond.

“Roena is known for her relentless focus on credit quality and selfless dedication,” said President and CEO Jim Kisch. “Her contributions have been instrumental in maintaining a healthy and balanced credit portfolio, ensuring financial stability throughout a variety of economic circumstances, including the pandemic.”
