Dr. Robert Boyd, owner of Champlain Dental Group, and Dr. Elicia Thompson, dental director at Community Health Centers of Burlington, have been elected to three-year terms on the Delta Dental Plan of Vermont Board of Trustees.
Boyd, who has practiced at Champlain Dental for more than 30 years, is a graduate of Oberlin College and holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He has expertise in preventive dentistry, prosthetic dentistry and conservative restorative dentistry, among several other dental skills.
Thompson is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and holds a master's in biological sciences from Ohio University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. She completed her general practice residency training at the University of Washington.
