Real estate broker Mark Thibeault has joined the commercial team at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty, where he will assist the firm’s commercial clients in Vermont and New Hampshire. He will work out of the company's Franconia office.
With a background in construction and municipal planning and more than 30 years' experience in commercial real estate, Thibeault specializes in retail and restaurants. In recent years a large portion of his time has been spent working on development transactions involving national and regional retailers, including Dollar General, Walgreens, Taco Bell, Hannaford, AT&T Wireless, Kinney Drugs and many others.
