Spherion Staffing and Recruiting in South Burlington has expanded its team with the appointment of industry veterans Olivia Duerr as recruiting and engagement coordinator and Danielle Roberts as staffing consultant.
In their new roles, both will be working with local job seekers to connect them with job opportunities. Specifically, Roberts will help locals navigate their job search process and coach them through interviews. Duerr will assist with recruiting candidates for open positions and navigating community outreach for the office.
“As we close in on 35 years of driving careers and growing businesses in Burlington, our team still strives to find new ways to grow and connect with the community,” said Ken Ballard, franchise business owner of Spherion South Burlington. “Olivia and Danielle have quickly become essential in the office, and I know they will continue to help us drive success for our clients and candidates.”
Before joining Spherion, Duerr honed her leadership and interpersonal skills as a manager at a gym and developed strategic communication abilities as a brand ambassador for a well-known bakery. Roberts brings a rich background in team building and culture enhancement from her previous role as a manager of people and culture at a biotech company and recruiting manager at a rapidly expanding automotive dealership.
