DEW Construction has announced the promotions of employees Steve Hart, Emily Bastian (pictured), Trevor MacLachlan, Kimberly Lawton and Cole Russel.
Hart, an 11-year DEW employee, was elevated from senior superintendent to general superintendent. In his new role, he will oversee superintendents based out of DEW's offices in Portland, Maine, as well as those in Keene and Manchester, New Hampshire.
Bastian, who joined DEW nearly three years ago, was promoted from project engineer to operations coordinator. She will now oversee preconstruction and construction scheduling, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and software utilization.
With over 30 years of industry experience — nearly six at DEW — MacLachlan moves from estimator to director of estimating. In his new role, he will assume oversight of the estimating department, leveraging his extensive knowledge to plan and coordinate projects with the team efficiently.
Lawton, who joined DEW less than a year ago, was promoted from project engineer to estimating coordinator, where she will provide crucial administrative support to the estimating department while spearheading and executing special projects.
Russel, who joined DEW last fall, was elevated from carpenter apprentice to project engineer. He will now support the company's project managers and superintendents in planning and organizing resources for seamless project execution.
