The Burlington law firm Dinse recently announced that Nick Erly has joined the firm's business practice group as an associate attorney.
In his new role, Erly provides support and counseling in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance; debt and equity financing; and commercial transactions.
Erly is a graduate of Colorado College and holds a law degree from Albany Law School, where he served as executive editor of the Albany Law Review. During his time there, he also worked for a Connecticut-based private equity firm, aiding in the acquisition of businesses across the Northeast.
