Rae Carter and Saudia LaMont, founder and founding adviser, respectively, of EmpowR Transformation, have welcomed Anna Howes Gebhardt, Elliot Ruggles, Mia Moore, Mitch Pauley and Shanda Williams to the organization to support business growth in communication, facilitation, organizational culture consulting and educational programming.

The seven-member team comprises EmpowR Transformation's nascent Web of Change Makers, whose intention is to strengthen EmpowR’s services to bridge organizational change with mental health for effective relationship, community and culture building work.

“We believe this approach is foundational for people and organizations to build the capacity and humanity to navigate the complexity of equity-based transformational change,” said LaMont, a state representative and owner of 3 Ops Consulting.

Gebhardt, a Burlington-based educator, activist and owner of Anna Howes, joins the group as a facilitator and practitioner; Ruggles, a sexuality professional and clinical social worker, joins as an adviser and practitioner; Moore, owner and principal of Mia Moore Consulting, as a collaborator and facilitator; Pauley, a special education educator, as a facilitator; and Williams, owner of S.D. Communications and Marketing Consulting Group, as an adviser and collaborator.
