Lynn Richardson, former store supervisor at TD Bank in Morrisville, has joined Union Bank as manager of its Northgate Plaza branch, also in Morrisville. Northgate is one of the busiest branches in Union Bank’s network of 19 banking offices in Vermont and New Hampshire.
