Mack Molding has promoted four employees and welcomed two new hires as part of a reorganization of its Northern division sales and engineering team under Vice President Joan Magrath.
Chris Wartinger and Aaron Cubells were both promoted to business unit director. Wartinger will manage the plastics and industrial products business unit, which includes Mack's battery and energy market, and Cubells will lead the heavy equipment/lab and diagnostics business unit.
Andy Romack and Heidi Villarini have been elevated to program managers. Romack has served as associate program manager on the sales and engineering team since 2022, and Villarini has worked as a program coordinator since 2016.
New hires Ashley Chitwood (top photo) and Erica Harmon (bottom photo) joined the team as sales service representatives. Chitwood returns to the company after previously serving as a sales administrator and program coordinator in 2015. Harmon previously served as a Medicaid program manager for the Vermont Public Transportation Association in Bennington.
