David J. Angus II, an attorney with the captive insurance; business and transactions; and taxation teams at Paul Frank + Collins, has been elected as a director and shareholder of the Burlington-based firm.
Angus has advised captive insurance companies and risk retention groups since 2006. He is active in the captive insurance industry, serving on the legislative committee of the National Risk Retention Association and the Vermont Captive Insurance Association. Angus is a graduate of Boston College and holds a law degree from Tulane Law School and a Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University School of Law.
