Primmer Piper law firm announces personnel advancements

Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer has named Shireen T. Hart as managing director, elected Thomas J. Pappas to the board of directors and appointed John H. Wallace a shareholder of the firm.

Hart has been practicing law in Vermont and New Hampshire for nearly 30 years. She advises all types of entities and individuals on the complex and growing legal and regulatory challenges in health care, including regulatory compliance, professional licensing and corporate governance. In her new role, Hart will be responsible for the overall performance and vision of the firm.

Pappas is a seasoned commercial litigator with more than 40 years of experience in the legal field. His practice focuses on business and shareholder disputes, banking issues, employment claims, trade secret claims, estate litigation and construction cases for municipalities and major contractors.

Wallace has 25 years of experience providing guidance on complex regulatory and compliance matters. His prior experience includes serving as in-house counsel, general counsel and chief compliance officer for health care entities. He has worked with federal and state regulatory entities and law enforcement agencies in virtually every type of issue that a health care provider could encounter.
