Nurse practitioner Meredith F. Welsh has joined Gifford Health Care, serving on the primary care team. She comes to Gifford from White River Family Practice in White River Junction, where she served as a family nurse practitioner.
Previous to her tenure at White River, Welsh held student clinical positions at Wareham Pediatrics Associates, Reliant Medical Group, and Medical Pediatrics Associates, all in Massachusetts. Her registered nursing experience includes positions at Oak Knoll Health Care Center in Framingham, Massachusetts, and Reliant Medical Group in Westborough, Massachusetts.
Welsh is a graduate of Colby College. She holds a Master of Public Health in health policy and management from Boston University School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in family practice nursing from UMass Chan Medical School.
