Vermont Business Magazine Pomerleau Real Estate in Burlington has announced recent commercial real estate deals.

Peerless Clothing International, Inc leased a 90,000 SF of warehouse located at 15 Gonyeau Road, Milton from Sizzling Sausage, LLC. Brad Worthen, VP Brokerage Pomerleau Real Estate represented Peerless Clothing. Matt Tedder, Kingsland Real Estate represented the landlord.

Pomerleau Real Estate has announced that Kylee Boutique will be moving to 198 College Street, in Burlington. Kendra Kenney represented Kylee in the lease of her new 1,550 SF space, Yves Bradley represented the Landlord, Grandview Farms. 

21 Essex Way, LLC dba American Family Care leased 6,000 sf from EOF Outlets dba The Essex Experience, Essex, VT. Brad Worthen, VP Brokerage Pomerleau Real Estate represented American Family Care with the transaction.   

Milton Food and Fun and leased 1,500 SF in the Milton Shopping Plaza. Taking over the old Zackary’s Pizza space, the new Tenant will focus on American style food and family entertainment. Kendra Kenney represented both the building owner, Pomerleau Real Estate, and the Tenant. 

VOR, Inc. leased a 3000 SF warehouse at 1205 Airport Parkway, S Burlington from Omega Properties. Brad Worthen, VP Brokerage Pomerleau Real Estate represented VOR in the transaction. 

Dan Noyes leased an office suite located at 53 Railroad Street, Richmond to Richmond Wellness LLC. Brad Worthen, VP Brokerage, Pomerleau Real Estate assisted both parties with the transaction.

The Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce leased an office suite at 60 Main Street, Burlington to Vermont Afghan Alliance Inc. Brad Worthen, VP Brokerage Pomerleau Real Estate assisted both parties with the transaction.

Cintas renewed a lease agreement with Rieley Properties, LLC at 156 Ave B, Williston. CBRE | Global Workplace Solutions and Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate represented Cintas with the negotiations.
