Attorney Gina Puls, former human resources and special counsel for the Vermont Office of the Defender General, has joined the litigation group at the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin.
Puls is a graduate of the University of Vermont and earned a law degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School. After law school, she clerked for the Massachusetts Superior Court and worked in Boston, where she was a lead litigation associate on complex trade secret misappropriation cases and other commercial, intellectual property and employment matters.
“Gina is excited to get back to her litigation roots, and we are pleased to have her on our team,” said Robert Luce, chair of the firm’s litigation group.
