DEW Construction, a commercial construction company based in Williston, has promoted employees Drew Johnson and Cameron Riley and welcomed three new staff members, Kimberly Lawton, Arthur Chiaverini and Shane Snyder.
Johnson, who joined the company just over a year ago as assistant project manager, has been promoted to project manager. In his new role, he will lead the project team, ensuring all objectives regarding quality, schedule, cost, safety and customer satisfaction are met.
Riley, who joined DEW five years ago as a foreman, has been promoted from superintendent to field operations manager. In this role, he will oversee the management and development of DEW's trade workers and foremen at DEW's New Hampshire offices.
Lawton has joined DEW as a project engineer in the Manchester, New Hampshire, office. She will support the company's project managers and superintendents in planning and organizing resources to ensure successful project execution. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology and an MBA with a specialization in sustainability from the University of Maine.
Chiaverini, with more than 40 years of industry experience, has joined the Dew team as senior superintendent. He will supervise the U-Haul warehouse project in Williston and oversee and coordinate the work of the DEW field staff and subcontractors.
Snyder has joined the team at The Marek South apartment community in Lebanon, New Hampshire, as assistant superintendent. He will be primarily responsible for assisting the superintendents with the supervision of projects and lead field teams and subcontractors while directing all construction activities at the project site.
