Kaelin “Liz” Mackey, former deputy state's attorney in Windsor County, and Jessica Bielonko, a recent graduate of Boston College Law School, have joined the law firm Langrock Sperry & Wool as associates. Mackey will work out of the Middlebury office, and Bielonko will be based in Burlington.
Before transitioning to the legal world, Mackey taught at the middle, secondary and collegiate levels. Her practice at Langrock has thus far focused on family, juvenile and employment law.
While at BC Law, Bielonko was honored with the Award for Clinical Excellence and a certificate of pro bono excellence for completing over 100 hours of service. Her practice thus far has focused on civil rights, family law and criminal defense.
