Gravel & Shea recently welcomed E. Kendall Enersen-Watts as an associate in the firm’s real estate department, where she assists real estate clients in acquisition, financing, permitting, development, management, leasing, and sale of commercial, residential and industrial properties.
Prior to joining the Burlington-based law firm, Enersen-Watts worked at a boutique Vermont law firm specializing in residential real estate services, including title work, permitting issues, purchases and sales.
“We are so pleased to have Kendall’s experience and energy on our team,” shareholder Michelle Farkas said. “She’s jumped right in and will help to provide the highest level of service to Gravel & Shea clients.”
Enersen-Watts is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, and earned master's and law degrees from Vermont Law and Graduate School. She earned admission to the Vermont Bar in 2022.
