DEW Construction welcomes four new employees

DEW Construction, one of the largest construction managers in the region, recently welcomed new employees Thomas Leach and Rick Gagner, superintendents; Aimee Plotczyk, administrative assistant; and Brad Roy, estimator.

Leach and Gagner will lead their respective field teams and subcontractors on-site. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are in line with the pre-established schedules, budgets and contract documents and ensure that the work carried out meets DEW's quality and safety standards.

Thomas has over 30 years of industry experience and a strong background in project management, supervision and estimating. He is a graduate of Rogers Williams University and is OSHA 30-hour certified.

Gagner has over three decades of experience in the construction industry. He holds an associate degree in construction technology from Northeastern University and is OSHA 30-hour certified.

Plotczyk, who has experience in customer support and bookkeeping, will support several departments, including estimating, project administration, and human resources. She will work out of the company's Keene, New Hampshire, office.

Roy, who has over 23 years of industry experience, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and estimating projects during preconstruction. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from Norwich University and is OSHA 10-hour certified.
