Lake Champlain Chamber, TBW Consulting and Padgett Coaching announce new executive leadership program

VermontBiz The Lake Champlain Chamber, in partnership with TBW Consulting and Padgett Coaching, is pleased to announce the launch of the THRIVE Executive Program. THRIVE Executive is an intensive leadership development program designed to provide senior leaders with the tools needed to inspire and lead their team and organization, today and into the future. Registration is open until September 1, 2023. 

“We are so pleased to partner with TBW Consulting and Padgett Coaching on Thrive Executive,” said Cathy Davis, president of the Lake Champlain Chamber. “We often hear from business leaders that they want to support their employees' professional development but they also want a space to connect with other executives and focus on their growth as leaders. This program helps fill that need.” 

As part of the new program, senior leaders will be active participants as they focus on leading themself, their team, and their organization. Participants will gain a better understanding of their leadership presence and thinking style, how to build a high performing teams, and the dynamics of navigating change and uncertainty. 

Tess Weinisch and Ricky Padgett will be the core faculty of the program which will be primarily hosted at Hotel Vermont in Burlington. The program starts with an overnight retreat, October 25-26, 2023, and finishes February 8, 2024. 

“The expectations of senior leaders over the past three years have only become more demanding,” said Tess Weinisch of TBW Consulting, “and the future looks to be even more complex. The THRIVE Executive Program supports leaders in self, team, and organizational growth.”

Weinisch has extensive experience in Organization Development, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Design Thinking, Leadership Development, and Talent Management. Padgett is a leadership and executive coach with a passion for helping leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, navigate change and conflict, and increase their capability to achieve organizational goals. 

“As local consultants and business owners in the Vermont community, we work with some of the best leaders our state has to offer,” said Padgett. “This program will offer a unique balance of both core faculty and guest faculty as a way of providing both local and global views on leadership.”
