Jon Boller, former vice president of go-to-market strategy at Side, has been named president at Livian, a real estate team acceleration platform based in South Burlington. In his new position, Boller will lead the growth, refinement and scaling of Livian's platform to drive agent production.
For 15 years, Boller has served in various leadership roles across emerging and established real estate companies. Before working at Side, he was senior director of new ventures at the Zillow Group, the founder of a prop-tech startup and a sales leader at Amazon Web Services.
"With Jon's track record of success scaling businesses in the real estate industry, we are excited for him to jump in and make a tangible impact on the growth and efficiency of Livian from day one," said CEO Adam Hergenrother.
Livian has 72 real estate teams in 35 states, comprising 738 agents nationwide. The company's services allow top real estate teams to focus on driving production and agent attraction efforts while it provides the models, tools systems, and support to run the business.
