Jenn Zandy of Union Mutual Fire Insurance Co. in Montpelier has been named the 2023 Outstanding Customer Service Representative for Vermont by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. She is now eligible to compete for National CSR of the Year, which will be announced later this year.
This prestigious award, regarded as the foremost national award of its kind, recognizes the contributions and commitment of those who serve clients within the insurance industry.
To qualify for the state award, entrants were asked to write an essay explaining how empathy has helped to make them better customer service representatives.
